Service Availability

Maintenance and Updates

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iris Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Service Warranties

• We provide reasonable efforts warranties for consultancy services
• System performance is subject to infrastructure and environmental factors

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as outlined in your service contract.

Termination Process

• 30-day written notice for standard service terminations
• Immediate termination for breach of terms or safety violations
• Data migration and handover assistance upon request
• Equipment and system return requirements as per agreement
• Final project deliverables and documentation handover

Ownership of Content

All content, materials, and intellectual property developed by Iris Group are owned by Iris Group or our licensors, including our proprietary methodologies and solutions.

Protected Materials

• Software code, algorithms, and development frameworks
• Property development methodologies and architectural designs
• IoT systems, cloud architectures, and integration platforms
• User interface designs and platform layouts
• Documentation, manuals, and technical specifications
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Consultancy frameworks and advisory methodologies

Permitted Use

You may use our copyrighted materials only as explicitly permitted under your service agreement with Iris Group.

License Grant

• Limited, non-exclusive use of our software platforms and systems
• Access to documentation for operational and maintenance purposes
• Use of delivered solutions for intended business operations
• Rights to occupy and use developed properties as per agreements

Restrictions

• No redistribution or resale of our proprietary materials and methodologies
• No modification or creation of derivative works without permission
• No removal of copyright notices or proprietary markings
• No use outside the scope of your service agreement
• No reverse engineering of proprietary systems or processes

Third-Party Content

Our services may include content, integrations, or partnerships with third-party providers, which remain subject to their respective copyright and licensing terms.
